I AM 4 Kids is a simple 5-Step process

1. Write it
2. Revise It
3. Anchor It
4. Synergize It
5. Live It

I AM 4 Kids releases the incredible potential within each child while providing a safe and encouraging place for kids to share their identities, goals and dreams with other like minded kids. The I AM 4 Kids online portal will be a secure area for kids to network with other kids from all over the world and synergize the effects of the program. While having fun and empowering themselves, they are also learning valuable success skills such as collaboration, networking and perseverance.

The final step in the I AM process is that each child develops a project that embodies the identity he/she has created. The only rule is that it must benefit more than just the child who created it. The online portal will be a resource center that kids can use to complete their projects. They can get information, guidance and advice from I AM staff and other kids. When possible, The I AM 4 Kids Foundation will even provide funding to help make these projects a reality.  I AM 4 Kids projects will be featured on the website for the whole world to see. Kids will be able to post their own video blog entries on how the project is progressing and what it means to them.   There are amazing kids out there who can accomplish phenomenal things. We want to bring these stories to light and create thousands more.
